Payments are to be made in full upon commencement of the programme.
"Catch-up" sessions will not be provided for missed sessions, unless; the session is cancelled (or postponed) by ASCD, and/or circumstances beyond the control of ASCD, such us extreme weather and/or unsafe playing conditions
If a player finishes prior to the end of the program or changes the commitment, then the payment needs to be honoured.
Fees and charges are per the yearly/program rate.
Wherever possible, ASCD will try to be fair by providing extra sessions to players that may have missed out. For example, if a player does a winter program, but not the summer, the player can do a few extra sessions prior to the summer program, or if a player does the year round program they can make it up in the clinics held during the holiday period.
Players that wish to attend will need to check that there is space permitting in an existing programme
