To send a payment to us using your credit or debit card:
  1. Type the name of the player related to your payment in the Player's name box
  2. Type any comments or notes necessary to process your payment into the Comments or payment notes box (optional)
  3. Type the amount that you wish to pay in cents into the Quantity box (e.g. to pay $120.50, type 12050 in the quantity box)
  4. Click on the Buy Now button and follow the on-screen instructions to process your payment
